Pavol Jozef Šafárik University (UPJŠ) in Košice is one of Slovakia’s most established universities, founded in 1959. Its Faculty of Medicine has trained doctors for over six decades and today teaches Medicine (6 years) and Dentistry (5 years) fully in English to a large international student body.
The degree is recognised across the European Union and accepted in the UK and Norway, so you can return home to practise. Teaching pairs a strong scientific foundation with early clinical exposure in the university’s teaching hospitals.

What you need to know
The whole exam comes from one official question set: 600 biology questions and 600 chemistry questions. On exam day the university randomly draws 100 from biology and 100 from chemistry — so every single question you get is already in the set we give our students.
