Every university has its own list of steps waiting in your portal. Here is what each one looks like, so you know exactly what you are saying yes to.
In-person entrance exam30 euro application fee
We create your application in the university system and activate it for you. You upload your passport, high school diploma and a short medical confirmation straight into your portal. Then you print and hand-sign the application form we prepare, sign the agency form, pay the fee, and post the originals. Your portal walks you through each of these, one step at a time.
The exam is 200 multiple choice questions in Biology and Chemistry, held on campus in Košice. We have flashcards with the questions you need to practise, just ask us to open them.
Online exam + interview80 euro fee, paid inside the application
Your whole UPOL application happens inside your portal checklist: 17 steps, and every step shows a screenshot of the exact screen you are looking at, so you never have to guess where to click. You create the UPOL e-application, share the login with us so we can check and fix everything before the university reads it, and when the last step is ticked we register you for the exam.
The exam is online, and a motivation interview is scheduled separately once UPOL has reviewed your application.

22 steps with screenshots take you through DreamApply, the UMCH application portal. Your documents are uploaded inside the UMCH application itself, not to us. You share your login so we can check everything, and when you tick the last step we register you for the exam.
The exam and interview are held online on the same day. UMCH sends you the link once they approve your documents.
No entrance examFebruary intake
RSU has no entrance exam. You apply with your grades, in subjects like biology and chemistry, and your application file decides. You send us your documents, create your RSU e-Admissions account with your own email, write Medently in the agency field, put your motivation and recommendation letters on RSU's own forms, and pay the 100 euro fee directly to RSU.
The next intake is February, with applications open from 1 September to 1 December. We do this one together with you on WhatsApp, every step of the way.

NCU admits on an entrance exam, not grades: 50 online questions, plus a short oral part. Biology and chemistry or physics must be on your diploma, but there are no grade minimums. You send us your documents, we register you for the next sitting and prepare you with NCU's official sample tests, free.
Apply by 25 August for the 8–9 September exam, or by 15 September for the 23–24 September exam. Studies start 1 October.

The University of Nicosia has no entrance exam. Your school-leaving diploma decides — strong grades in biology and one more science subject — plus an English test such as IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. Send us your grades and we check them with UNIC for you, free, before you apply.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until seats are filled, with a short video interview from home.
